To the ladies in the audience. We want to ski with you.

There is nothing quite like some female energy to balance the `dude-factor` and keep these guys honest.

Our Cat-Assisted Freeride Camps are just around the corner and we want you to join us. It`s a great way to jump start your season in the right direction, get the blood pumping through your legs, and ski the rust off your edges.

You`ll be skiing (or snowboarding) in small groups and teamed up with our pros, who will cheer you on, hype you up and give you the tools to approach terrain in a way you never thought you could.

This year we have @evans_leah @chrisrubens and @loganpehota coaching us. You will be teamed up with a guide and tailguide who have intimate knowledge of the terrain. Snowcats will take you to zones that will match the groups goals for the day, and at the end of the day take you back to the luxury of the lodge, with all the amenities one could ask for.

We still have some available space in our Cat-Assisted Freeride Camps.

Join us this December and kick off the season properly.

This is a great way to get the legs working and help develop the skills that will make this season successful. You will be teamed up in small groups with similar goals in mind. We provide a guide, tail guide and professional skier who will be a friend, motivator and coach. The snowcat will drop you in a zone best suited to the goals for the day. From there you`ll ski tour, scope and plan your lines, laugh and learn.

Small groups means that you`ll get more 1 on 1 time with your guides and coaches, less tracks in the terrain, and fewer people to contend for space in the hot tub!

Trips run Dec 8 - 11, 2026 (3 day tour) and Dec 11 - 15 (4 day tour). Discounted rates available if you want to stay through for a full week.

It starts with a well laid out plan.

Before the chain swords go to work, we identify the areas that will offer the best and most useful results. Those areas where your guides stop, regroup and tell you to slow down and pick your way through.

Then we plan how much of the terrain we want cut, how much spacing between trees, how many trees per hectare, how to process the vegetation once it is on the ground.

We plan how to access the area to work, and how to best egress the area in the event of an emergency.

We plan how to communicate with each other throughout the day for safety check ins, how to prepare for the weather each day and how to deal with the onslaught of mosquitoes, black flies and all the other biting insects.

We plan and we talk about the plan, and then we plan some more.
All in the effort of creating some truly kick-ass skiing, and making the mind blowing terrain at Chatter Creek even better.
