Chatter Creek offers our guests a wide variety of unforgettable dining experiences prepared by our chefs with your complete satisfaction as a goal. Our professional baker will also treat you daily with artisan breads, fine pastries and incredible baked goods.

Catskiing and Ski-touring guests with dietary requirements need not to worry. Please let us know prior to your arrival and we will assure that we have your requirements looked after. Whether you are a diabetic, need a gluten or lactose free diet or follow a kosher diet, we are pleased to accommodate your needs.

Wine Philosophy

“We serve a wide range of beers, liquors and cocktails in addition to having an extensive wine list with great selections from British Columbia and around the world carefully chosen to complement our Rocky Mountain fusion cuisine.

We have traveled the breadth of the Okanagan Valley meeting winemakers and barrel sampling in order to bring to you wines from established producers in addition to discovering new wineries of merit. Winemakers from the Naramata Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Falls, and the Similkameen are growing a wide variety of grapes and making wines worthy of international recognition. From off dry, full fruit whites to full bodied reds, the Okanagan Valley provides us with great wines many, of which are unavailable outside British Columbia.

We have also touched on our favorite growing areas of the Old World in order to offer a selection of French and Italian wine featuring Brunello’s and Barolo’s in addition to gems from the Bordeaux and Pinot Noir from Burgundy. New World offerings like Barossa Valley Shiraz, Pinot Noir from Oregon State, and Malbec from Argentina round out our portfolio,

Our white wines represent a broad range from an Alsatian Pinot Gris to a single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand along with California Chardonnay.
