Our Film Crew Scene This Winter

Chatter Creek has been a destination for film crews and local filmers since its inception. In fact, when Powder Magazine published their article on Chatter Creek in the September 2000 issue, the phone started ringing off the hook, and we were suddenly able to secure enough bookings to open that winter.

And now, fast forward 17 years later to this winter’s exciting projects in the works!

This February: Bob Legasa and Freeride Media will be spending a few days filming for this year’s project. A little later this month, we’ve invited a team of talented Golden locals for a couple of days of filming and photography. They’ll be producing a movie which promises to be fun and original.

In March: We’re honored to welcome Teton Gravity Research at Chatter Creek for the first time. TGR’s visit is long overdue, and we can’t wait to work with them and see their new film next fall.

April: Last, but not least, for our final week of operation Kye Peterson and Sean Pettit are in the house!!! Watch out, everyone! These two young, talented skiers are sure to bring some fun vibes.
