Powder Playground Camp at Chatter Creek!

Presenting a unique opportunity to get coached through Chatter Creek’s “vast playground of steeps, drops, rolls, old growth trees, gullies and pillows in waist-deep powder!”
This winter, Kate Howe (along with co-coach Jon Delk) will be at Chatter Creek with a small group of lucky skiers and snowboarders stretch their limits and learn to love the steep and deep – and you could be one of them! Says Kate of her program: “through afternoon Q and A, video analysis, tech talks, and on snow, real time tips and tricks, watch your skiing and riding improve dramatically!
Kate’s camp is all-inclusive: Early morning yoga and meditation to get you focused, loose and ready, on snow quick tips, in cat clarifications, apres ski beer and tech talk, and video analysis of your skiing or riding. Also included are pick-up at the Calgary airport, a stay at the Westin Calgary on either end of the trip, all instruction, insurance, and transport to and from Donald Heliport, as well sponsor gear, prizes and camp t-shirt.
Itinerary:
- January 1: Fly into Calgary January 1, stay overnight at The Westin Calgary.
- January 2: Breakfast at the delicious OBE across the street, and then hit the road for a beautiful drive through Banff National Park, through the town of Golden, to the Heli port in Donald. Check in, and catch the 2 pm heli-transfer to the beautiful remote lodge. Check in, get a massage, get your skis set up, find your ski locker, get a briefing, head to the bar and the hot tub! Enjoy a great meal in the evening!
- January 3-4: Cat-Skiing/Boarding and Coaching!
- January 5: Cat-Skiing/Boarding and Coaching and take the last heli flight back to Donald, drive back to Calgary, late dinner.
- January 6: Fly Home.
